SA Traders is a trading business based in Srinagar, run by Mr. Aqib Bashir since 2020. We deal in three lines that, on the face of it, don't have much in common — solar lighting, agricultural equipment and electrical goods — but every one of them solves the same problem for our customers: reliable power and reliable tools, at a fair price, backed by someone local who picks up the phone.
Our customers are farmers and orchardists across the valley who need sprayers, drip irrigation fittings and fencing wire that actually hold up through a season. They're shopkeepers and small contractors who buy switches, MCBs, cable and LED fittings in the quantities a job needs. And they're households looking for a solar lantern or a street light that keeps working through a winter of load-shedding.
We deal in genuine brands, not grey-market substitutes — what's on the box is what's in it. Pricing is the same for everyone who asks, whether it's one metre of cable or a full reel. Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, we handle the claim locally instead of sending you chasing a call centre outside the state.
