Prices and stock are shown as accurately as we can keep them, but availability can change between browsing and checkout — an item can sell out before an order is confirmed. Where that happens, we'll tell you and offer a refund or a substitute rather than silently cancelling.
Placing an order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale. An order is only confirmed once we've checked stock and, for UPI orders, verified payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if we can't verify a payment.
For UPI orders, pay the amount shown at checkout to the UPI ID displayed there. We confirm orders once payment is verified against our records. If you've paid but your order still shows unconfirmed after some time, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a screenshot of the payment.
Where Cash on Delivery is offered, pay the delivery person the exact amount shown on your order at the time of delivery. Please have the amount ready — it keeps things quick for both of you.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
