We deliver across Srinagar and the wider Kashmir valley, including Anantnag, Baramulla, Pulwama, Budgam, Kupwara, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Shopian and Kulgam. If you're outside these areas, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
Typical delivery is 1–3 days within Srinagar and 3–5 days elsewhere in the valley, counted from the day an order is confirmed. Bulky or heavy items — solar panels, ladders, large battery banks — sometimes ship separately from the rest of an order and can take a little longer, since they need their own transport rather than riding along with a courier bag.
The delivery fee and the order value above which delivery is free are shown at checkout and can change from time to time, so we don't quote fixed rupee figures here — whatever applies is the current rate set in our system, not something that's gone stale on a policy page.
Kashmir's winters are real, and so are the road closures that come with them. Heavy snowfall on the highway or within a district can delay delivery valley-wide by a few days beyond the usual window, regardless of how quickly we've packed and dispatched an order. We'll let you know on WhatsApp if your delivery is affected rather than leaving you guessing.
We send WhatsApp updates as your order is confirmed, packed and dispatched. If a delivery is running late for any reason, message us with your order number and we'll check on it.
