To take and deliver an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and your order history with us. That's the extent of it — we don't ask for anything beyond what's needed to get your order to your door.
Your phone number is used to send order updates over WhatsApp — confirmation, packing, dispatch and delivery — and to reach you if something needs clarifying about an order. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
Payment happens directly by UPI into the proprietor's account, or by Cash on Delivery. Because of this, we never collect or store any card details — there's no card number, expiry date or CVV anywhere in our system, because the architecture never asks for one in the first place.
We don't sell your data. Delivery details are shared only with whoever is carrying out the delivery, and only to the extent needed to get an order to you.
If you'd like to know what we hold about you, or want it removed once your orders are settled, message us on WhatsApp or by phone and we'll sort it out.
